According to a hadith, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “Umrah in Ramadan is equivalent to Hajj.” (Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim) This does not mean it replaces the obligation of Hajj but highlights the immense reward for performing Umrah during Ramadan. Tour Plans (21 Days)

  • Day 1

    Day 1

    Arrival in Makkah

    Arrive at Jeddah International Airport, complete immigration formalities, and meet our representative.
    Transfer to Makkah al-Mukarramah (approx. 1½ – 2 hours journey).
    Check in at your hotel, relax, and prepare for your first Umrah with group guidance.
    Spend the evening in worship and reflection in Masjid al-Haram.
    Overnight stay in Makkah.

  • Day 2

    Day 2

    Makkah

    Use this day for rest after travel and continue your Ibaadah in Masjid al-Haram.
    Perform Nafil Tawaf, read Qur’an, and make personal Duas.
    Overnight stay in Makkah.

  • Day 3

    Day 3

    Optional Ziyarat – Makkah

    Take part in a guided Ziyarat tour of significant Islamic landmarks:
    Visit Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, Jabal e Noor, Jabal e Soor, and Jannat al-Mu’alla.
    Optional: Visit Masjid e Ayesha (Taneem) to perform your second Umrah.
    Return to your hotel for rest and prayers.
    Overnight stay in Makkah.

  • Day 4

    Day 4

    Makkah

    Spend the day in Masjid al-Haram, engaging in Tawaf, Zikr, and Qur’an recitation.
    Optional: Attend an evening lecture or participate in group Duas.
    Overnight stay in Makkah.

  • Day 5

    Day 5

    Makkah – Personal Worship

    Engage in personal Ibaadah, additional Umrah, and reflection.
    Take time for peaceful moments near the Kaaba and continue your worship.
    Overnight stay in Makkah.

    Day 6–9: Makkah

    Dedicate these days entirely to spiritual rejuvenation.
    Perform multiple Tawafs, offer five daily prayers in Haram, and recite Qur’an.
    Spend time in reflection and heartfelt Duas at Multazam and Maqam-e-Ibrahim.
    Optional: Visit Masjid Jinn or Masjid Al-Rayah for historical insight.
    Overnight stays in Makkah.

  • Day 6

    Day 10

    Excursion to Taif (Optional)

    Embark on a scenic day trip to Taif, the city of gardens and mountains.
    Visit Masjid Abdullah Ibn Abbas (R.A.), fruit markets, and historical sites.
    Return to Makkah and rest or perform an additional Umrah.
    Overnight stay in Makkah.

    Day 11

    Makkah to Madinah (By Bus)

    Check out from your hotel and proceed to Madinah al-Munawwarah (approx. 5–6 hours journey).
    Arrive and check in at your hotel near Masjid an-Nabawi.
    Visit Masjid an-Nabawi, offer Salam to the Prophet ﷺ, and spend your evening in prayers.
    Overnight stay in Madinah.

  • Day 8

    Day 12

    Madinah

    Spend your day in Masjid an-Nabawi offering prayers and making Duas.
    Optional: Visit Rawdah, if accessible, and pray for acceptance of your Umrah.
    Overnight stay in Madinah.

  • Day 9

    Day 13

    Ziyarat – Madinah

    Join a guided Ziyarat of sacred sites:
    Visit Masjid Quba, Masjid Qiblatain, Saba Masajid, Uhud Mountain, and the graves of the Martyrs of Uhud.
    Offer two Rakaat Nafl in Masjid Quba and reflect on the Seerah of the Prophet ﷺ.
    Overnight stay in Madinah.

    Day 14–17: Madinah – Ibaadah & Reflection

    Dedicate these peaceful days to prayers, Qur’an recitation, and reflection.
    Spend extended time in Masjid an-Nabawi, visit Jannat al-Baqi (if accessible), and make Duas for your loved ones.
    Optional: Attend an Islamic lecture or group Dua session.
    Overnight stays in Madinah.

  • Day 10

    Day 18

    Optional Ziyarat – Battle of Badr Site

    Take an optional day trip to Badr, the historic site of Islam’s first battle.
    Reflect on the courage and sacrifices of the early Muslims.
    Return to Madinah for Isha prayers.
    Overnight stay in Madinah.

  • Day 11

    Day 19

    Madinah – Personal Worship

    Continue your personal worship and spiritual routine in Masjid an-Nabawi.
    Spend time in Duas, Dhikr, and Qur’an recitation.
    Overnight stay in Madinah.

  • Day 12

    Day 20

    Departure

    Pack and prepare for your journey home.
    Check out from your hotel and transfer to Jeddah Airport (approx. 5–6 hours by road).
    Bid farewell to the blessed cities of Makkah and Madinah, carrying home countless memories and spiritual blessings.

Policies & Important Information

Booking & Payment Policy

A minimum of Rs. 40,000 per person must be paid to secure a booking if the departure date is after 21 days.
50% of the total amount is due 21 to 30 days before departure.
Full payment is required 21 days before departure, or the booking will be canceled without prior notice.
The tour cost remains the same for bookings through Agents, but Rahat Travels Of India Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any cash transactions with Agents.
For bookings within 21 days of departure,
100% payment is required.
For advance bookings, 100% payment must be cleared at least 21 days before departure.
No tickets will be issued if the payment for tickets is not completed 21 days before departure, in accordance with airline regulations.
Indian passport valid for at least 6 months having minimum 2 blank pages.
Pan card copy (Linked with Aadhar Number)

Cancellation Policy

Rs. 40,000 per person is non-refundable.
50% of the package amount is non-refundable if canceled 21 to 30 days before departure.
100% of the package amount is non-refundable if canceled within 21 days of departure.
Date change charges: Rs. 10,000 per person, plus any applicable additional charges, for changes made 21 to 30 days before departure. Otherwise, the cancellation policies apply.
No date changes are allowed within 20 days of departure; cancellations apply.

Important Notes & Policies

In case of package booked without umrah visa through us, than transportation will be subject to availability.
Extra luggage other than mentioned on ticket would be paid by the pilgrim.
Unutilized services are Non-refundable.
Rooms Allotment as per hotel management, no room choice will be entertained.
Flight Tickets can be availed at an approximate additional cost of INR 36,500. The final price, however, is subject to the fare at the time of ticket issuance.
Rooms Check-In time at 04 PM and Check-Out time at 12 PM (Saudi Local time)
